1. What made you choose Karla Mason Boudoir?

I chose Karla because I followed her work for a couple of years and loved her images. She always made every client look incredible and it was obvious she made them feel comfortable and was easy to work with. I decided if I was going to go outside of my comfort zone, I wanted it to be with the best.

2. What were you nervous about going into your session?

I was extremely nervous about the entire experience going into my session. I had never done anything like boudoir before and being extremely uncomfortable in my own skin for most of my life, did not think it was something I could bring myself to do. The closer the day got, the more nervous and anxious I got about being minimally clothed (if clothed at all!) in front of someone taking pictures of me.

3. What was your favorite part of the experience?

My favorite part of the experience was feeling how my confidence and comfort were increasing with every outfit and every pose. Karla made sure to explain everything and make it a super fun experience. Turns out I can be, and feel, sexy! 

4. How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?

I feel not only more confident in myself but more confident in my ability to do something outside of my comfort zone and have it be a success. I loved the entire experience from the hair and makeup, to the options in the client closet to posing to the hype and sound effects Karla provided the entire time!

5. Would you recommend Karla Mason Boudoir to others?

I would, without hesitation, recommend Karla to others. The experience solidified my belief that she is one of the absolute best in boudoir and worth every penny and every mile of travel to work with her.
