1. What made you choose Karla Mason Boudoir?

There was no choice, Karla was IT. Boudoir was never something i even thought about until i came across her instagram. i was in love, instantly. The confidence and beauty that radiates through her photography simply goes unmatched. I just knew that when the time came to do something for myself, this was it and Karla would be the one to do it.

2. What were you nervous about going into your session?

I was nervous about everything! The whole experience of really being who you are to the core is intimidating. I didn’t want to feel uncomfortable and awkward, making my pictures turn out bad, but it was literally NOTHING like that. The comfort was actually unreal. Karla makes it feel like you’ve done it 100 times before as if your best friend is taking your pictures.

3. What was your favorite part of the experience?

It’s so hard to pick a favorite part of such a bomb ass experience, but if i had to I would say the very end taking the white sheet photos. I could tell you all i want, but the experience truly has to be felt. it was so much more than i thought it would be. But, being able to freely take a picture in complete transparent nudity was something else for me. feeling comfortable in your own skin can be a challenge, and i didn’t have that feeling for a long time. i surrounded myself with negativity and individuals who brought me down, especially when it came to self image. That white sheet brought me life & it was so satisfying to feel so perfect in that moment.

4. How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?

Amazing! as soon as i left, i wanted to do it all over again. from start to finish, i loved every second of it. You would never believe a photo shoot could bring out so much in you. It’s so much more than meets the eye. karla makes you feel so beautiful, so flawless with every picture she takes. The experience just brings so much positivity to who you are. I would do it a million times over if i could.
5. Would you recommend Karla Mason Boudoir to others?

If i could take every woman i know to Karla, I wouldn’t think twice. Every woman deserves to feel the way you feel in that studio. You are in your rawest form, loving yourself, proud of yourself, showing yourself off – with no flaws to be judged or even recognized. There truly aren’t many  moments like that in life. you don’t have many chances to love yourself in entirety and know you’re a bomb ass bitch. I’ll probably look at these pictures every day in reminder.
